Panorama: AI workflow discovery for operational teams
Panorama launched on April 5, 2026, ranking second in Product Hunt’s daily chart. The tool analyzes workplace data across the tools a team uses, identifies recurring patterns in how work moves between people and systems, and recommends — and can then automate — the repetitive coordination tasks that consume time without requiring judgment.
The workflow discovery step is the part that differentiates it from standard automation platforms. Rather than asking teams to self-report which processes could be automated — a task that requires both knowledge and initiative that most teams don’t have spare — Panorama observes and surfaces candidates. Each team member gets personalized insights within the context of how the broader team operates, so recommendations account for interdependencies rather than treating each person’s workflow in isolation.
For product managers coordinating multi-team delivery, the tool targets the category of work that is difficult to eliminate because it lives between systems: status updates, cross-functional handoffs, standup preparation, form completion. This overhead rarely shows up clearly in sprint retrospectives or velocity metrics because it happens in the gaps between tracked work. Panorama makes it visible before suggesting what to cut.
The product is early stage, built by a five-person team. A free tier is available.
