Oracle expands AI Agent Studio with agentic applications builder
Oracle’s latest update to AI Agent Studio adds three capabilities that signal where enterprise AI agent platforms are heading: a natural-language builder for creating agentic applications, workflow orchestration for coordinating multiple agents, and an ROI dashboard for measuring business impact.
The agentic applications builder allows business users to compose AI workflows using natural language rather than code — selecting agents, defining triggers, and setting up approval chains through a guided interface. Workflow orchestration handles the complexity of agents that need to work together across systems, with built-in error handling and fallback logic.
The ROI dashboard is the most interesting addition for PMs. Measuring the business impact of AI initiatives has been a persistent challenge; Oracle’s approach bakes measurement into the platform from the start, tracking metrics like time saved, error reduction, and process throughput.
For PMs in enterprise environments, this represents the maturation of AI agent platforms from experimental tools to production infrastructure with built-in governance, observability, and business justification capabilities.
