User Interviews launches AI Insights for faster research analysis
User Interviews, one of the most widely used participant recruitment and research management platforms, launched AI Insights, a set of AI-powered analysis features integrated directly into the platform. The update adds session breakdowns generated from uploaded discussion guides, a data grid for cross-session analysis, and export tools for sharing findings with stakeholders.
The integration matters because it moves AI analysis closer to the point of data collection. Instead of exporting transcripts to a separate AI tool, researchers can generate session summaries and cross-participant analysis within the same platform where they recorded and transcribed the sessions. The data grid feature, which allows researchers to compare how different participants answered the same questions, mirrors a workflow that experienced researchers already follow manually.
User Interviews also released a free seven-lesson course teaching the new features, which suggests they expect adoption to require guided onboarding rather than self-discovery. For research teams already on the platform, this reduces the number of tools in the analysis workflow. For teams evaluating platforms, it adds AI analysis as a competitive factor alongside User Interviews’ existing recruitment and session management capabilities.
