How to conduct an analytics review (step-by-step)

1. Define the questions and scope

2. Verify tracking implementation

Confirm that key events are firing correctly. Check for duplicate events, missing events on specific platforms, bot traffic, or timezone mismatches. A single broken event in a funnel makes drop-off rates meaningless.

3. Establish baseline metrics
