Research Lunch Club — UX research networking community
Research Lunch Club takes a different approach to researcher networking: instead of Slack channels and online forums, it matches members for monthly in-person lunches in small groups of three. The community is active across more than 33 cities globally.
Members include UX researchers, behavioral scientists, academic researchers, and other research professionals. Each month, an algorithm creates fresh, diverse groups based on location, research discipline, and experience level, so members consistently meet new peers rather than cycling through the same contacts.
For researchers who prefer face-to-face connection over digital communities, or who want to supplement their online networks with regular local meetups, Research Lunch Club offers a structured way to build relationships with peers in their city. The small group format ensures conversations go deeper than typical networking events allow.
